Our Policy At A Glance

  • Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • How to Start: Email us at [email protected] to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Please Note: Due to the nature of our products, opened card games, board games, and collectibles cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and copyright reasons. All sales on these items are final once opened. See the full list of non-returnable items below.

The Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

Step 1: Contact Us (Within 15 Days of Delivery)

Reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

Step 2: Get Your RMA Number

We’ll email you back with an RMA number and instructions. Do not ship anything back without this number! Returns without an RMA number will not be processed.

Step 3: Pack and Ship

Securely pack the unused, unopened item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and name. Ship it to:

Note: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we will process your exchange or refund.

Refund Timelines & Methods

We know you want this sorted quickly! Here’s what to expect:

  • Timeline: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we approve your return.
  • Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Note: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges will be shipped out as soon as we process your return, using your preferred shipping method.

Non-Returnable Items

To protect all our players and ensure the integrity of our games, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been opened or used:

  • Opened Card Games: (e.g., Card Game products)
  • Opened Board Games: (e.g., Board Game Supplies, Cooperative Games)
  • Opened Collectibles & Accessories: (e.g., Accessories, B2B products)
  • Casual Games & Children’s Games: Once opened, these are not eligible for return.

These items are only eligible for a return if they arrive defective or damaged, and you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
