Once you’ve placed your order, our guild of elves gets to work preparing your gear for its journey.

We typically process and pack your order for shipment within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping Methods & Timelines
We offer two trusted shipping carriers to get your goods to your keep:
- Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): Cost is $12.95. Your package will arrive within 10-15 business days after it ships. Perfect for when you can’t wait to start your next adventure.
- Free Shipping (EMS): Free on orders over $50! Your package will arrive within 15-25 business days after it ships. A great option for patient planners.
🚨 Please Note: We ship globally, but cannot deliver to some parts of Asia and other remote regions. Our payment allies are Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.
Part 2: The Returns & Exchanges Quest
Even the best-laid plans can go awry. If your gear isn’t perfect, here’s how to right the wrong.
The Golden Rules (Our Policy At A Glance)
- Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- How to Start: Email us at [email protected] to get an RMA number. Do not send anything without it!
The Step-by-Step Quest Line
Step 1: Contact the Guild (Within 15 Days)
Send a raven (email) to our customer support team at [email protected]. Include your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Receive Your RMA Scroll
We’ll email you back with a magical RMA number and a map (instructions). Returns without this number will be lost in the abyss and cannot be processed.
Step 3: Pack and Ship Your Item
Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and name. Ship it to:

💡 The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Step 4: Processing the Loot
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we will process your exchange or refund.
Refund Timelines & Methods
We know you want your gold back quickly!
- Timeline: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we approve your return.
- Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Exchanges will be shipped out as soon as we process your return.
⚠️ Protected Loot (Non-Returnable Items)
To protect all our players and ensure the integrity of our games, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been opened or used:
- Opened Card Games
- Opened Board Games
- Opened Collectibles & Accessories
- Opened Casual Games & Children’s Games
These items are final sale once opened due to hygiene and copyright reasons. They are only eligible for a return if they arrive defective or damaged, and you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
