Import Duties and Taxes

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and copyright protection, the following items are final sale once opened:

These items are only eligible for return if defective or damaged, and you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Process

2. Pack the unused item securely in its original packaging
3. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and name

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
